And in breaking news from the Red Mist camp….

Well, in breaking news, we have no news to report in the Red Mist camp. There’s a bit of a tarmac rally on next weekend, the fantastic West Cork Rally. Ya I know, tarmac. It’s far too nice and smooth for us to get involved (especially after that one time years ago when “someone” took two foot off the back of a Civic!).

As we are not competing next weekend, the Red Mist gang are getting ready to help out in the event (get in the way more like it). Somehow, Macca and Damien have ended up doing something for Owen Murphy and have ended up in a R5 camp. Damien’s moonlighting last year in the R5 brigade seems to reaped benefits (or more likely Macca couldn’t come up with an excuse quick enough). The Shinnors gang will be stuck in the thick of it as usual as they actually understand how to run things. The rest of us will be scattered across West Cork getting in the way.

As for other updates besides West Cork? Well, Macca is busy in the shed trying to be innovative with engine mounts (with a can of grey paint probably!). Damien is busy with actual engineering and has the patience of a saint putting up with us asking what a spanner is.

As for the webmaster (website breaker more like it), he fecked off to Graiguenamanagh. The weekend was spend exploring the River Barrow and didn’t go near Brandon Hill at all…..

You know, it’s a lovely country, if you could put a roof on it…..
