A successful spin in the woods……

We are home from the Cork Motor Club Boggeragh Sprint and a successful day for Joe it was…..

It was Joe’s first time out in this Subaru after some late nights putting it together. It was a lot of late nights….

The car ran successfully all day, only needing a quick spanner check and fuel. I even managed to figure out how to open the bonnet successfully!

Patrick was his usual self, keeping us all in check and on time, Macca and Vinny went off marshalling. Myself and Jason were on “spanners” (getting in the way more like it) while Anna and Lorraine kept us fed…..

There are reports that Joe hasn’t stopped smiling yet after his successful first run.

Now, what’s next for the white Subaru, besides sneakily sticking on some Red Mist branding when Anna isn’t looking? Unsure yet besides it driving rather briskly on gravel……
