Moonraker Preparation Update – A Tee-Shirt ruined………..

Well, just a quick update on the preparations for the Moonraker Forest Rally that’s on next weekend.

The “plan” is that a certain white Honda Civic would be competing and as such, a few of us were getting the car ready for it’s spin around the woods, curtesy of the Munster Car Club. Someone had the bright idea of changing the gearbox oil and as a result, it cost me a pair of gloves and a tee-shirt due to spilt oil. The issue is that the oil smelt like 5000 year old socks, and that’s the new oil!

Due to some people swanning off, it’ll be a reduced crew at the event (ya, less groupies) so the updates will be a little sporadic during the leadup and on the day.

Yes, I’m still annoyed about the tee-shirt. Hopefully that’s the only thing that goes wrong.
